  • 30-Day Return Policy

Any item that shows signs of wear or that has been altered in any way will not be accepted for return. Please ensure the items do not affect their resale value.
  • Return Process
    1. Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your package back to us.

    2. Pack Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including any accessories, tags, and documentation that came with the product. Make sure the package is sealed properly to prevent any damage during transit.

    3. Ship the Package: Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Refund Processing
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  • Non-Returnable Items
    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, and any items that have been customized or personalized.
  • Exchanges
    If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that you receive your preferred item as quickly as possible.
