Free Shipping on Orders Over $40
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $40. For orders under $40, a flat shipping fee of $5 will apply. This allows you to enjoy our exquisite products without worrying about additional shipping costs for larger purchases.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Our team works diligently to ensure that your order is prepared for shipment as quickly as possible. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped according to the following timelines:
- Orders Shipped with Overseas Warehouses:
- If your order is fulfilled from one of our overseas warehouses, you can expect delivery within 7 business days.
- Orders Shipped without Overseas Warehouses:
- If your order is not fulfilled from one of our overseas warehouses, the delivery time will be within 5-10 business days. We strive to minimize the wait time for international shipments, ensuring that your items arrive as swiftly as possible.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment and know exactly when to expect your delivery.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
UPRISEPAYMENT is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information about potential charges.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, certain factors beyond our control may cause delays. These factors may include, but are not limited to, severe weather conditions, shipping carrier delays, or customs processing delays. In such cases, we will do our best to inform you of any potential delays and work with the shipping carriers to expedite your delivery.
Damages
UPRISEPAYMENT is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our customer support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as this will help expedite the process.
